However, since Japanese is the official language of the company, the ability to conduct business communication in Japanese—including reading and writing—at the N1 level is required. Additionally, upon joining the company, you will need to obtain a residence status appropriate for your position.

About the Selection Process

  • We estimate that the process from the first round of screening to a job offer will take approximately one to two months.

  • The interview will last between 40 and 60 minutes. If it is expected to take longer, the recruiter will notify you in advance.

  • We will conduct an aptitude test prior to the final selection round. While it includes some basic skills assessments, the test is primarily designed to evaluate personality and values.

  • From the initial screening to the final round, our hiring process focuses on the candidate’s character. Rather than a formal interview, we’ll have a casual conversation. Please feel free to be yourself and tell us about yourself.

After Receiving a Job Offer

  • Assignments are determined based on the individual’s preferences and aptitude, as well as the company’s current circumstances.

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).

  • For general management positions that involve nationwide transfers, there is a possibility of job reassignments or relocations. Reassignments are made based on the employee’s preferences, aptitude, and abilities, as well as the company’s needs, and are selected with the aim of providing the environment where the individual can grow the most.
