Programs that Support
Daily Life and Income

We have programs in place to reduce financial burdens so that employees can feel secure in their daily lives. We support the creation of an environment where employees can continue working without undue stress.

Housing Assistance

Employees select a property near their assigned workplace (referred to as company housing) and submit an application to the company, which then enters into a corporate lease agreement.

With the hope that employees can minimize commute times and make the most of their daily active hours, a program is in place to allow employees to live near their workplace. (Certain conditions apply.)

Assistance Details
  • Full coverage of relocation/moving expenses
  • Full coverage of initial move-in costs for company housing (security deposit, key money, etc.) and renewal fees that occur once every few years depending on the property
  • Half of monthly rent subsidized (for 3 years per each transfer/relocation)
  • Full coverage of round-trip travel expenses for home visits up to twice a year for employees living alone away from their family home

Various Allowances

Various allowances are available, including position allowance, leave allowance, business trip allowance, and single-person relocation allowance, among others.

Incentive Bonuses

Various incentive programs are available, including performance-based bonuses and incentive pay.

Retirement Benefit

A retirement allowance is provided upon leaving the company.

Transportation Reimbursement

Commuting transportation costs are fully reimbursed (subject to an upper limit).

120 Annual Leave Days

We operate a full two-day weekend system with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. Additionally, extended holidays are provided during the Obon season and year-end/New Year period.

Paid Leave

Paid leave is granted after six months of employment. Half-day leave (morning or afternoon) is also available.

Everyday Accommodation & Movie Subsidies

What is Health and Productivity Management?

Annual Health Checkups

Employees can undergo a health checkup once a year, with all costs covered by the company.

Subsidies for Select Cancer Screenings (Paid Options)

Employees aged 35 and above can receive additional screening options — which are normally available at their own expense — fully covered by the company.

Stress Checks and Health-Related Surveys

These are conducted to identify employee stress levels and health concerns at an early stage, enabling appropriate follow-up support.

Internal and External Mental Health Consultation Channels

Employees can choose from multiple internal and external consultation options and methods (including online and email) based on the nature of their concerns.

In-House Training on Health Topics

Regular sessions led by external instructors are held with the aim of improving health-related knowledge across the entire group.

Leave of Absence System for Illness

Upon returning to work, employees can utilize a "Rehabilitation Return-to-Work" program for up to two weeks, allowing them to prepare for a gradual and manageable return in line with their physical condition.

Programs that Support Life Events

We support employees through important milestones in life, such as marriage, childbirth, and child-rearing. We aim to create an environment where each and every employee feels supported and can continue working with peace of mind.

Marriage Celebration Bonus

A celebration bonus of ¥10,000 to ¥30,000 is provided based on length of service.

Special Marriage Leave

Employees who get married are entitled to 3 days of special leave. Many employees combine this with their paid leave to use for their honeymoon.

Childbirth Celebration Bonus

A bonus of ¥10,000 per child is provided to the employee or their spouse.

Maternity/Paternity and Parental Leave

Employees may take leave starting 6 weeks before and 8 weeks after childbirth. In addition, parental leave is available until the child reaches one year of age.
