Programs that Support
Daily Life and Income

We have programs in place to reduce financial burdens so that employees can feel secure in their daily lives. We support the creation of an environment where employees can work with peace of mind.

Housing Allowance

Employees select a property near their assigned workplace, which is then designated as company housing, and the company enters into a corporate lease agreement on their behalf.

With the hope that employees can minimize commute times and make the most of their time outside of work, we have a program in place to support employees in living near their workplace. (Certain conditions apply.)

Assistance Details

  • Full coverage of initial move-in costs for company housing (security deposit, key money, etc.) and renewal fees that occur periodically, typically every few years, depending on the property.
  • 50% of monthly rent subsidized (for up to 3 years per transfer/relocation)

This program expands your choices in how and when you work, so you can work at your own pace. We have created an environment where both your professional and personal life are valued.

120 Annual Leave Days

We operate a full two-day weekend policy with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. Additionally, extended holidays are granted during the Obon season and year-end/New Year period.

Paid Leave

Paid leave is granted after six months of employment. Half-day leave (morning or afternoon) is also available.

What is Health and Productivity Management?

Annual Health Checkups

Employees are eligible to receive an annual health checkup, fully covered by the company.

Subsidized Cancer Screenings (Optional, Employee-Paid)

Employees aged 35 or older can receive additional cancer screening options — typically available at their own expense — fully covered by the company.

Stress Assessments and Health and Wellness Surveys

These assessments are conducted to identify employee stress levels and health concerns at an early stage, facilitating timely follow-up support.

Internal and External Mental Health Consultation Channels

Employees can choose from a range of internal and external consultation options and formats (including online and email) depending on the nature of their concerns.

Medical Leave System

Upon returning from leave, employees can utilize a "Return-to-Work Rehabilitation" program for up to two weeks, allowing them to gradually return to work in accordance with their physical condition.

Programs that Support Life Events

We support employees through important life milestones, such as marriage, childbirth, and parenthood. We aim to create an environment where every employee feels supported and can continue working with confidence.

Marriage Congratulatory Bonus

A congratulatory bonus of ¥10,000 to ¥30,000 is provided based on years of service.

Special Marriage Leave

Upon marriage, employees are entitled to 3 days of special paid leave. Many employees combine this with their annual paid leave for their honeymoon.

Childbirth Congratulatory Bonus

A congratulatory bonus of ¥10,000 per child is provided upon the birth of each child.

Maternity/Paternity and Parental Leave

Employees are eligible to take maternity leave starting up to 6 weeks before and up to 8 weeks after childbirth. In addition, parental leave is available until the child's first birthday.
