Since its founding, the Japan Create Group has pursued a diverse range of businesses guided by the management philosophy of “contributing to the development of the Japanese economy through our corporate activities.”

Thanks to the unwavering support of our many stakeholders, the Group has grown steadily year after year. Yet, to ensure our continued relevance, we must remain an organization that society truly needs. To that end, we believe it is essential to address the social challenges faced by our stakeholders and uphold our responsibilities as a responsible corporate citizen.

In 2021, marking our 20th anniversary, we took the opportunity to redefine our purpose. The word “Jobfull” at the heart of this purpose reflects our vision of a future where society is filled with meaningful and rewarding employment opportunities. Needless to say, realizing this future demands a sustainable and equitable global society.
