Japan Create Group has been certified as a “Health Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Small and Medium-sized Corporation Category)” under the “Health Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System” hosted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.
Activity Policy for Fiscal Year 2026

- We will ensure that all employees undergo regular health checkups and provide appropriate follow-up support for those who require medical attention.
- We will strengthen mental health measures for employees, including stress checks.
- We identify employee health issues and implement more effective measures.
- We will provide education to raise employees’ health awareness.
- We aim to foster a culture of health management throughout the group.
