Japan Create Group Co., Ltd. is a holding company for its group firms, which engage in businesses such as staffing services, food distribution, proofreading / research / manufacturing, restaurant operations, and consumer services. Recognizing our corporate responsibility to handle personal information used in our operations—as well as that of group companies and our employees—we hereby declare that we have established, will implement, and will maintain a Personal Information Protection Policy that conforms to relevant laws and regulations.

【Personal Information Protection Policy】

1. The Group complies with all laws, governmental guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information in every business area, including information about our employees. In addition, we have developed a Personal Information Protection Management System that conforms to the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management Systems—Requirements” (JIS Q15001:2023) to safeguard such information.
2. When acquiring or using personal information, the Group specifies its purposes of use and does not handle the data beyond the scope necessary to achieve those specified purposes (no use for other objectives). Appropriate management measures are taken to prevent such unrelated use.
3. Except where we have the individual’s consent or where permitted by law, the Group does not provide acquired personal information to third parties.
4. Should we receive any complaints or inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, the Group will promptly investigate the facts and respond in good faith within a reasonable period.
5. To manage acquired personal information appropriately, the Group implements organizational, human, physical, and technical safety measures to prevent and remedy leakage, loss, or damage. We also exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors who handle personal information.
   1. Formulation of the Basic Policy
      To ensure proper handling of personal data, this Personal Information Protection Policy stipulates compliance with relevant laws / guidelines and sets forth contact points for questions and complaints.
   2. Establishment of Rules for Handling Personal Data
      For each stage—acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, disposal, etc.—we have set internal regulations that specify handling methods, persons in charge, and their duties concerning personal data.
   3. Organizational Security Measures
      A person responsible for personal data handling is appointed; the scope of employees who handle personal data and the data they manage is clarified; a reporting system to the responsible person is in place when any fact or sign of law/regulation violation is detected; periodic inspections and audits by other departments or external parties are also conducted.
      
   4. Human Security Measures
      Employees undergo regular training on key considerations regarding the handling of personal data, and confidentiality obligations are set forth in employment regulations and confidentiality agreements.
   5. Physical Security Measures
      Measures are taken to prevent viewing of personal data by unauthorized persons, and to prevent theft or loss of devices, electronic media, and documents that handle personal data.
   6. Technical Security Measures
      Access control limits the scope of personnel and personal-information databases to be handled; pages where personal information is entered use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
   7. Handling Personal Data Overseas
      After understanding the personal-information protection systems of the relevant country, we take the necessary and appropriate measures to securely manage the data.
      
6. Taking into account changes in social conditions and the environment, the Group will continuously review its Personal Information Protection Management System and strive to improve its efforts to protect personal information.
