Social Media Policy

Japan Create Group Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) have established and adhere to a “Social Media Policy” governing the use of social media.
When using social media, the Group complies with all applicable laws and internal regulations, and strives to share information responsibly as conscientious members of society.

1. Protection of Confidential Information

   We will not post any unauthorized content on social media, including confidential business information,unpublished company information, personal data of employees or customers, or information protected by intellectual property rights.

2. Protection of Third-Party Rights

   We respect the copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, and other rights of third parties, and comply with all applicable laws when reusing content.

3. Protection of Customer and Partner Information

   We do not post on social media, without prior permission, any information that could identify our customers or business partners, or any confidential information.

4. Ensuring Transparency

   We do not engage in deceptive practices such as stealth marketing—e.g., paying to intentionally manipulate discussions or reviews on social media.

5. Prohibition of Slander and Defamation

   We do not make disparaging, insulting, defamatory, aggressive, discriminatory, sexual, or exclusionary statements about specific individuals, groups, races, ideas, beliefs, religions, or political views.

6. Ban on Unverified Information

   We do not post information on social media whose authenticity has not been confirmed or cannot be verified.

7. Rules for Company-Related Posts

   When posting information related to the company, we follow the instructions of the responsible department or person regarding method and timing.

8. Understanding the Nature of Social Media

   We recognize that information posted on the Internet cannot be withdrawn and therefore use social media with sincerity.
