  • Staffing, Contracting, Recruitment Agency

    Centered on outsourcing in the manufacturing, logistics, and sales domains, we provide personnel services for transport, electrical, precision-equipment and food manufacturers, as well as for government ministries and municipalities. Our services include dispatching engineers for product development and design, dispatching truck drivers, and offering developer support (cash-register management, customer service and sales, store operations, and facility management). In addition, we operate educational and training businesses such as forklift training centers and machinery maintenance training centers.

  • Food Distribution

    Our operations include fresh‐meat counters that are rolled out across multiple discount supermarkets and drugstores; wholesale of domestically produced foods and meats imported from partner ranches in Australia; development, production, and sales of processed foods for commercial use; restaurant businesses that draw on our food expertise; antenna shops that allow customers to experience regional food cultures from all over Japan; and our own grocery stores offering carefully curated products.

  • Store Operations (Owned, Contracted, FC)

    We operate a wide range of service businesses—including golf shops, fitness gyms, local specialty stores, convenience stores, and restaurants—through company-owned, contracted, and franchise formats.

  • WEB & Promotion Planning

    We provide digital solutions centered on website production, SNS management, and content marketing; plan, propose, rent, and sell promotional customer-acquisition tools; manufacture and sell our self-developed capsule-toy machines; operate e-commerce sites; handle direct-mail fulfillment; offer promotion support; deal with various recruitment advertisements; and produce web and DTP (desktop-publishing) advertisements.

  • Environmental Infrastructure & Machine Calibration

    Our operations supporting social infrastructure range from geotechnical surveys (soil and bedrock) and offshore boring investigations to boring and well-drilling works, civil-engineering surveying, investigation, design, and construction management. We also perform maintenance of mechanical equipment, calibration of testing and measuring instruments, machining and sales, and the manufacturing and sales of materials and tools for electric-power companies.

  • Vehicle Transport

    At the request of truck manufacturers, body builders, and automobile dealers, we deliver trucks, buses, and special-purpose vehicles by driving them to destinations nationwide. We meet a wide variety of needs, including transportation of new and used vehicles and inter-base transfers of commercial vehicles.

  • Social Welfare & Education

    We operate welfare facilities such as Type-A continuous-employment support centers, employment-transition support centers, and after-school day services, providing assistance and learning opportunities tailored to each individual’s characteristics and goals, and continuously supporting improvements in quality of life, independence, employment, and social participation. In addition, through our international-school operations we foster globally minded human resources with intercultural understanding and advanced critical-thinking skills.

  • Travel Agency

    In addition to arranging air tickets, buses, Shinkansen, accommodation, rental cars, and optional tours, we handle a wide range of needs such as corporate group travel and travel arrangements for attending international conferences. We also provide a business-travel-management (BTM) system that centrally manages travel requests, bookings, and expense settlements, enabling simultaneous cost reduction, operational efficiency, strengthened compliance (policy management), and risk management.
