FY2025 Activity Policy
Japan Create Group Co., Ltd. is committed to complying with all laws and regulations related to health management. With the goal of fostering a workplace where employees can thrive both mentally and physically, we will implement health promotion initiatives based on the following policies.
- We will ensure that all employees undergo regular health checkups and provide appropriate follow-up support for those who require medical attention.
- We will strengthen mental health measures for employees, including stress checks.
- We will identify health concerns among employees and develop appropriate measures to address them.
- We will provide education to raise employees’ health awareness.
- We will cultivate a culture that prioritizes health and well-being.
