Handling of Personal Information

  1. 個人情報の利用目的について

    当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成15年5月30日法律第57号）（以下「法」という。）に基づき、個人情報を下記業務ならびに利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で利用いたします。
    1. Business Scope
      (1) Supporting the business operations of group companies
      (2) Planning and execution of the Group’s strategic management initiatives
      (3) Shared services for the Group
    2. Purposes of Use
      (1) Recruitment screening and hiring decisions
      (2) Work management, payroll, business administration, and personnel management
      (3) Providing information from the Company to each group company
      (4) Marketing activities related to the Company’s services (e.g., collecting opinions through surveys)
      * Personal data handled under contracts entrusted by group companies is not deemed retained personal data.

  2. 個人情報の第三者提供

    当社は、お預かりしている保有個人データを適切に管理し、次の場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはございません。
    1. When required by laws and regulations
    2. When it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
    3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
    4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body, or a party entrusted by them, in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the individual’s consent may interfere with the performance of such duties
    5. When the third party is an academic research institution, etc., and needs to handle personal data for academic research purposes (including cases where part of the purpose is academic research), except where such handling may unjustly infringe on the rights and interests of individuals

  3. Outsourcing of Personal Information

    The retained personal data we hold may be entrusted to related group companies whose personal-information protection systems are equivalent to ours or meet certain management standards, for the purposes of employment-related administrative processing and smooth service provision.

  4. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc.

    当社は、ご本人からの保有個人データの開示・利用目的の通知・訂正等・利用停止等・第三者提供の停止又は第三者提供記録の開示（以下「開示等の請求等」という。）のご請求を受付いたします。
    For specific procedures regarding Requests for Disclosure, etc., please contact the office listed below.
    Please note that a handling fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for each Request for Disclosure, etc.

  5. About SSL

    To protect privacy, our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that entered data cannot be viewed by third parties, thereby providing secure communication.

  6. Handling of Cookies

    When group companies use cookies that may include information identifying individuals, each company establishes a “Cookie Policy” to manage and operate such information properly, and publishes it on its website.
    Cookies used by Japan Create Group Co., Ltd. do not contain any information that would identify an individual.

  9. About the Privacy Mark

    Our company has obtained Privacy Mark certification from JIPDEC.
    The PrivacyMark, operated by JIPDEC, certifies that our handling of personal information conforms to the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management Systems—Requirements” (JIS Q15001:2023); we are authorized to use the mark as proof of proper practices.
