SDGs Declaration

Japan Create Group endorses the UN-proposed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and will actively pursue SDGs initiatives in its business. Additionally, through ESG-focused (Environment, Social, Governance) social contribution activities, we will contribute to realizing a sustainable society.

      We operate semiconductor maintenance training centers and forklift training centers to offer opportunities for career advancement.

    • Eradicating work-related traffic accidents / Collecting PET-bottle caps

      By increasing opportunities for employee education and introducing systems that lead to safe driving, we aim to eliminate traffic accidents that occur in our business activities. We also participate in programs that convert collected PET-bottle caps into vaccines for developing countries.

      We promote the taking of paid leave and work to improve work-life balance and employees’ physical and mental health.

    • Introduction of a new automatic wrapping & pricing machine (auto-packer)

      By reducing tray usage and extending shelf life, we work to lessen food loss.

      We engage in environmental protection by reducing and reusing the paper used in our operations.

      As part of assistance to developing countries, we support foreign employment, provide job-training opportunities (Omotenashi School), and offer preparatory courses for Specified Skilled Worker exams.

      Together with staff living in the store areas, we engage in community development as food-retail tenants.
